    It is a DOS multitasker.  It allows you to run multiple Dos
programs simultaneously.

    DesqView/386 is for 386+ computers--it multitasks faster and
much better than the previous DVs.  DesqView/X is a bit different.
It is a graphical version of DV that has a couple of
advantages/disadvantages.  It doesn't multitask as well as DV, but
it does have enormous network capabilities.  If you don't have a
network, you might not want to use it.  I use it, however, simply
'cause it has a nicer graphical/mouse interface than DV.

    Piece of cake.  The install program handles everything--it has a
regular setup/advanced setup.
