It goes up by 1 every 2 levels for mage-2 classes up to 8/0 ac.

ps. the horn rules, I swing around 2/3/3/3/2 with it but it crits +2
over katana and +1 minimum hits... crits pretty often too
katana is good still though, but when in module 2 area or bosses,
unicorn horn is my kind of weapon. =)
