What kind of dmode is set up on your /d1?  What kind of diskettes are you
formatting?  (Highdensity?  Normal?)  etc.

How big a file goes over okay?  Does copying another one mess things up? Sounds
kinda like no side select, or something.

I've met one other person whose board wouldn't work without spacers... I
thought they were supplied with the kit tho (nylon spacers)(?).
