I would say the horn is a bit slower than the katana, but +1 damage over
it at 60 str, I hit 5-18 with unicorn horn where as 4-18(17?) with
katana, 2/3's forever with katana and 2/3/3/3/2/3/3/3 with horn.
The horn crits alot too but it crits higher than katana for me for a max
of 36 instead of katana's 34 or was it 35....
btw, the horn cannot be used by someone at Good only neutral and under.
