       The funny thing is, the WH and Warrior will be critting about the
same, but the Warrior will be hitting the WH more often for 2 reasons -
1) The WH will have lower AC than the warrior, 2) The Warrior will be
using a more accurate weapon than a manticore tail.  As far as crits are
concerned, the Warrior could have a cat's-eye pendant and a mithril
ring.  (The warrior in the above example has a mithril ring, but he
didn't have it at the time he fought the WH in the example).
       In any event, this doesn't change the fact that the warrior did
beat the WH.  I'm not saying it's impossible for a WH to beat a Warrior,
just (under correct circumstances) unlikely.
