I have one on my level 58 thief. I scripted at level 50 and got mad XP
in sewers cuz my thief sucked and i foudn the trainer in mountains and i
traine dto level 51, nothin, 52, nothin etc.. till level 55, and he just
coughed it up, it said
The Golden Dragon sputters for a moment, and coughs up a golden
hairball!
and the hairball was layin there... I've done some research on it and
increases crits by 38%, increases stealth by 10, resist poison, +2/4
regeneration, +4/8 armour class  and you
dont wear it, you swallow it, and it says at the bottom
Golden Hairball   (Unseen)
as an item... i'm guessing its in your stomache until someone makes you
choke and cough it up..
