I don't recall saying you need 95 health at early levels, let alone "95"
at any level, because I've always said 100 by level 22 is optimal. All
I'm trying to say by explaining that health is the make-or-break is that
you will get higher level a LOT faster if you're resting 4/12 at level
10 as opposed to 3/9. But hey, like I said.. who cares about resting 75%
of the previous amount when you fight 95% less (scratch head at logic)
.. A ninja needs high str before it needs intel. a plus to each attack
has a higher effect on your average round than a plus to only 25% of all
attacks. (looks as though I may have to explain each stat again for
people to understand)
