If you're into burning  your own ROMs, then you could patch in the necessary
autoboot from floppy.  I know a fellow over in Ft. Worth that set up his
floppy-based system so that when he powered it up, it would check to see if an
OS-9 Boot disk was in drive 0, and if it was, it would boot from it.
