DECB is the deck on which they serve the Columbian coffee... er.. (sorry -
early and pre-coffee here!).. actually, it's the acronym for Disk Extended
Color Basic. It's the maximum Radio Shack Color Computer configuration (that
is, before OS9 showed up). It involved the original Color Basic Rom, the
Extended Color Basic Rom (mostly graphics and enhanced string handling), and
the Disk Basic Rom (which was mounted in the controller). A total of 24K of
Basic/OS. The ROMS resided at $A000, $8000, and $C000 respectively in the 64K
address map.
