I knew that gshell+ as a filename won't work but I'd rename it after deleting
the original gshell.  I thot of using dEd too but the patch must have worked
the first time I tried it or I wouldn't now have an upgrade already!...(?)
  How 'bout using modpatch after having loaded original gshell into memory
within an OS9 boot, SAVEing to /r0, then applying the gshell.ipc patch?   -ph-
