   Yeah, and he started showing up at random Burger Kings where if you 
spotted him, you would get some sort of monetary compensation to stand 
there with the idiot while they made all sorts of promotions. It was 
also voted the most annoying promotion. Not to mention stupid, since 
Herb was not the only one who never ate a Whopper.
