Bill - wish I had the dope on the monitor pinout, but I don't.  It's supposed
to be the same as a "standard PC connector", whatever that means :-)

Won't swear to it, but P8 must be the Hsync/Vsync inversion jumpers if needed.

Paul's wife just got back from being away on a job for a coupla months, so
mebbe he's busier than usual right now :-)   Married types understand
