Jim,

Many of the I^2C interface projects can be done outside of the MM/1 case. That
means that most people won't EVER need to purchase the extra-slot bus. Even if
someone DOES buy the extra slot bus, the extra cards may or may not use/support
I^2C. That somewhat depends on third part support.

Interestingly, almost all of our customers are quite happy with the existing
I/O, even though IMS is committed to its expansion bus option.

Anyway, the I^2C will definitely NOT REQUIRE the MM/1 extra slot bus.

It should be really fun to work with, and I think will greatly satisfy the CoCo
Community Craving -- you know, if you can't do hardware hacking with a
computer, forget it.
