There still is a day/night pricing difference in the network surchage imposed
by Telenet & Tymnet. Nothing to do with CompuServe tho.

No local CompuServe node in your area? With some of the better long distance
plans now in place, (i.e. Reach Out America, etc) a LD call can be cheaper than
those surcharge.
