How do you tell if weapons give accuracy or not?  This is a load of crap
about weapons giving accuracy.  How do you know if a weapon is + or -
accuracy, when the weapon you're testing it against might be + or - too.
If you're comparing it against fists, good luck, people rarely miss with
fists.
