I know of no license requirements on programs compiled using Microware's
libraries.  (It's not like GNU, though it looks like they may be changing their
copyleft so that linking with their libraries does not make your compiled
program a "derived work" and hence subject to their imposition of copyleft on 
your code.)

One can't copyright concepts, just particular works.  (Otherwise, someone would
have copyrighted, say, 12-bar blues, and have LOTS of $$$. :-)
