Thanks Mark, I've backed up all I can get now. Next: FORMAT. BTW, I checked the
actual file dates on my ARC set and some files say 12/89. So I just forgot to
write a new label date last backup. Not so bad. I just hope I don't go through
all this and find out that I have to replace the WD1005G anyhow. ('course, a
new controller would mean reformatting anyway).
