Pete, Thanks for the earlier help with my open files delimma. Actually, the
solution was pretty simple: When I go to save a file I open it for write in an
non-shareable mode. If the file is currently being read by another process
(like my help function) the open will fail and I can alert the user. Tricky
stuff this OS-9. What gets me mad is that I spent hours developing complicated
schemes using file locking, etc. which didn't work - oh well, the joys of
programming.
