I really doubt that... that would mean that each +1 to crits (in the
data files) is +5% in game terms, and that would just be stupid... then
my ninja, at level 37, would be critting more due to items (+1 crits
from mithril ring, +2 from cat's-eye, and +5 from chakram would be +40%)
than MA (I have 118 MA, so I crit roughly 29% of the time naturally).
I'm fairly sure that this isn't the case... my best guess is that +1
crits = +2% crits.
Oh, btw, to the original poster (Boba Fett) - ruby necklace is +3%
accuracy. That's it.  Compare that to cat's-eye - +4% crits vs. +3%
accuracy... hmm, which is better? I wonder.
