Joe - actually, I read it in a Newsgrid item the other night, but since then
the news is all over. GO OLT90  and read up on it there, for example.

Oh. And I asked a lawyer in another forum, and he said that the patent (and
royalties, if he gets any) would start from now.  Someone else pointed out that
lawyers all over the country must be drooling over this one!
