It ups a little bit of everything. (That you already have.) It ups all those
"other stats" on the right side of your STAT screen. (Stealth, Lockpicking,
Ect.) It also ups your spellcasting. But all of this is just a LITTLE. Gonna
up your charm? It's your call.
