Mike - I'd think that MW support would apply only to the companies buying the
licenses... not to the end customers buying machines that come with OS-9.

This seems natural to me.  If a company licensed OS9 for a MIDI controller, for
example, I'd expect that they got the support... but not everyone who buys the
controller! 

So you'd pass on any Q's etc to the dealer you got OS9 from, and they'd in turn
help you or ask MW.  Seem reasonable?  best - kev
