I believe it raises almost all attributes slowly.. Stealth,
Spellcasting, Tracking etc.. but SLOWLY... The more charm you have the
less monsters attack you in a group too so its a good thing to have,
bards dont need much HP when in a group thats why they have a low hp lvl
because they have charm to help them out
