Thank you. I tried the ymodem-batch and it worked, sort of. One problem. I
could not get it to write properly to drive 1. I not sure what the problem is.
I use a slightly patched version of OSTERM that created a seperate /dd/com
subdirectory, and one or two other changes
 that I am not certain of right know. I will try playing with an unpatched
version and see what happens.
