Where do you get the silvery longbow from?  Can the shatter spell be
used on a bone-handled headcutter?  And if there is an attack range on
who you can pvp (level difference), does this also include thiefs choice
of whom they can steal from?  In other words, if you can only attack
someone within nine levels difference, can you only steal from someone
within nine levels difference?  Any help will be appreciated.
