Well not sure bout at lvl 35, but I can show you the stats i have at
lvl 33.

My traps, picklocks, and tracking are all 30 lower then normal due to
elven silversilk, i can get up to 44/2 with my starsteel greatsword, and
if i used a bone charm instead of ruby necklace. I have touched
everything but wis, and by lvl 35 you can def have 100 int without
hurting the other stuff too much. Not sure what i swing with the ebony
but SSG is staright 4's and skull sword is straight 5's. And i do crit a
decent bit. ( too bad my martial arts were higher at lvl 21)
