A Ninja that has enough sense to up his intellect to a decent level?!
HA. I've statistically proven that its not worth raising intellect until
a higher level anyway. First two things a ninja wants to raise is health
and agility.. then most likely strength. A ninja with 100 martial arts
crits about 24%. You should listen to Victim because its the truth.
Anyhow, "critical more often than not" is complete bull so at least say
it sensibly, more like "criticals more often than an intellect-driven
warrior" (Keep in mind that raising intellect by 5 when you have 100
martial arts raises it by 4 if i remember right, and that only brings up
the crit % by about 1%, which isnt a whole lot of a diff when you're
talking about 24% going to 25%, but if you had 4 martial arts and went
to 8 its a big step)

All of my information is backed up by statistics to the nearest
hundredth of a percent, given by Advanced MajorMUD Script (AMS) and its
predecessor, FMS. Anyone may test them using the script, and also my
Weapon Assessment script which tests weapons (mainly to see which is
better, etc) on the practice dummy.
