Unless you're talking about a level 40 witchie, they shouldnt have 100
int if they have any brains :) I've explained it in a previous post..
You are best off raising Health then Agil then Str, then int and charm
by 20 and THEN raising int all the way to 100.. that takes quite a while
;)  Anyhow, my level 36 witchunter swung 4/5/5/5/5/5 with the tail and
had a 15% crit rate... please note that 3 out of 5 or 6 is 50-60% which
is pretty much not seen ;) Also, that was an average round of only 90..
of course it would have been an avg of 100 at level 37 and then the avg
would settle out at around 125-140 swinging 6's..
However, Witchunters arent exactly "mad as hell" ;) And I don't want to
hear about one more witch being killed by a war because i potholed
everyone i fought on Shakedown.. caps are on my page.. 3 rounds for a
cleric of equal level, 4 for a warrior.. and i lost about 100 hps from
the both of them.. other than that, witchunters are basically screwed in
this version ;) make a mystic and enjoy
