       I'm not too sure about that.  A Ninja that has enough sense to up
his intellect to a decent level, along with good agility can critical
about every other swing.(Statistically.) - And if not more.
       The level 20-? ninja on our board can do massive damage with a
Dragontooth Trident.  On good days he can critical more often than not,
and rarely misses anyway.  But then things can change as you reach
higher levels.
