Termcap is very much a least-common-denominator thing when it comes to terminal
features (but very much a kitchen-sink thing when it comes to bizarrre terminal
misfeatures, e.g. the Hazeltine's inability to display tildes).  Definitely no
graphics.

The only references I've seen on termcap are manual pages that all look pretty
much alike, and pretty much like what you found in the compiler manual.  Sad,
but true.
