Sb: Update on the OSKer

The first issue of the OSKer was completed (layout) on Tuesday, and mailing
will start Friday (when I get it back from the printer).  We are about 4 days
behind schedule, but hey, it's the first issue, and I know everyone will enjoy
it.  There are 1000 being printed, and we haven't yet received quite that many
requests for it (first issue is free), so if you are interested, see the file
in area #15 for info on obtaining it.  Of course, this is only good until the
supply runs out!

Issues should start showing up in your mail next week, depending on how far
away you are, and how fast the mail decides to get it there (1st class).
