i think its the she-dragon weapons (i.e. dragontooth, ssg, skully, heavy
black rod, etc.) work on all the vortex monsters EXCEPT for behemoths,
terror beasts and planar storms. for them you can only use: ssg, skully,
icehammer, chakram?, level 25? offensive spells, blood lance? and i
think thats about all. hehe plenty of player death-piles :), we had the
same problem when we first went in but to all those ppl out there who
dont dare go near vortex or only keep to the entrance. go. the more
time you spend in there, the more experience you get inside vortex the
easier it becomes, the 'You are afraid' (fear) thing seems scarey at
first but once you know how it works its no problem really. its best if
you get say what i do, me a level 30 ranger and a friend level 31 mage
go in there and we get 160-180k p/h each, which of course is fantastic
:), point is that less ppl the more minimal the regen, as in every other
part of the game. anyways, catcha later.
