TSMon is meant for hardwired connections where no baud rate is needed.  That is
why TSMon does not do auto-detect baud rate.  If you need one, there are many
auto-detect TSMon-like programs for OS-9/CoCo, and I'm sure that with a little
hunting or such you could find one (or get someone to port one for you).
