There seems to be a strange problem with the Shell (??) in OSK.  I can send
mail address parameters to a command like so: "rewop!sysop" and the shell
doesn't see the "!" as a pipe symbol.  Find and dandy.

Now, I try to do the same thing by forking a shell using os9fork(), and it
alwasy returns an error stating "can't fork "sysop"" as if it was now seeing
the "!" character even though it is enclosed in double quotes in the string
that is passed to os9fork() as the parameters.

Has anyone seen this before?  It works fine under 6809/OS9 Level II shell.
