There is a program called DMP that I believe is available from the UG that is a
binary file lister/editor, I use it all the time for simple stuff.

I only have a binary out on my HD, I think I have the OSK C source at work if
you would like me to drop you a copy via mail.

I'll email you a copy of the binary in S-Record format, use "exbin" on it to
convert it back to binary then use attr to make it executable.

The only option is "-u" which means Update mode, If -u is not specified, you
can't modify the file you're looking at and it works like a normal dump
program.  Entering a "?" while at the program command prompt will display the
program's commands.
