i cant say for sure, but on our bbs we have 3 maybe 4 cats eye so far.
they do regen, just gotta check stores and get lucky. i think cats eye
regen around once every 6 months.(i got lucky, i went to college my
friend got one right before that, i came back and it regened during
spring break :) )
