To All C programmers:

I recently uploaded the complete docs for the Kreider Library in DL3. These
docs, all 147 pages and 160K+ cover everything in the library. Also included is
a new MROFF for printing, and a simple MAN utility for online viewing.  Many
programming examples are included to help those having trouble.
