That code might work in some cases, since what you are doing is faking a line
break with the low baud rate null character. It won't always work, but a line
break is defined differently with different hardware, so sometimes it will. The
right way to do it is to use a serial driver that supports the SS.Break call.
The ACIAPAK driver I did for the upgrade supports it, but I guess that doesn't
help, does it? sigh...  Bruce implemented a lot of the upgrade features in
DACIA and SACIA, so either of those drivers should support SS.Break.
