Are you talking about the message on the internet which mentioned that at one
time, someone was going to develop a 6809 Level 3?

Or do you mean OS9/68K version 3.0?  That's out and usable on 680x0 systems. It
adds a bunch of smaller features; the main one being preemptive file managers.
