got many features of kwindows working but....upline command does not work.

from basic I use print chr$(9); .. It works on coco.  Is there a fix? Can I get
 around this?  Have you got the new version of tc70 Kwindows (I am running the
preliminary tc70 kwindows). I have switched back to using vt70 instead of
kwindows since I cant use my software. which requires an upline code!
