Carl,

Yeah, the video circuit is OK.  Like you said, it is probably a bad VSC cause
changing the pallette controller doesn't help.  Weird that it sometimes shows
up...I never saw that.

I don't have any completed paddle boards right now.  Is that what you need? Or
do you just need a cable?
