Thanks for the reply.  It does raise two questions of mine - how do I find the
'local regional librarians board' to look at the newsletter and, in addition to
'how to connect to your services', what are your services. You should also make
it a priorty to give people who send in mail in response to your posted
requests for membership some feedback so they don't think you are vapour like I
did.
