Only problem there is that it's not a freebie.... bootsplit is. Another useful
tool for boot generation is 'lmerge', which is similar to merge, but accepts a
list of modules. Sort of an os9gen without the boot track and sector 0 munging.
It's in the UGLIB and DL9 as well.
