There is a utility package sold by D P Johnson which supports a complete set of
transfer functions it also allows formatting.  Another package is sold by
Clearbrook systems and this has a similar collection ( I understand - not
having actually seen it) What I have seen from Clearbrook is their IMS database
4th Gen Language and that was excellent.  I never got past the demo system what
with not being a very organized person and having no data to base. :-) Sorry -
do not know of a public domain MSDOS formatter.
