Hi Mark!

I caught the '/h1/readme' problem.  Uploads beginning with disc 3 corrected
this problem.  If necessary, I can re-upload disks 1 and 2.

Re termcap support for 'stevie' and 'vi' - I'll send TOP a fax asking for a
correction (and/or source code).
