Hey SYSOP!!! You need to read the message this is a reply to. There is
obviously a file in the libs which has the wrong address for the COCO
Listserver on the BITNET. The address should be:

 This character -----+

is inadvertanly reported as a u, as in puuc. Hope this helps, Randy.
