Speaking of ctrl-key placement! Just who was the idiot who decided that the
ctrl key belonged at the bottom of the keyboard. As if we need to hit caps-lock
a lot....

Is someone collecting a list of keyboards which do and don't work with the
mm/1. Hmmm, I wonder why some don't!
