Up on Delphi, there is a C Compiler called the GCC Compiler.

I've only used it a couple of times, but, according to the extensive help file
included in the command, it supports the ANSI standard, including trigraphs,
and has many features the stock MW C Compiler does not have.

The modules, compressed, are about 650,000 bytes -- the largest module being
over 425,000 bytes long.
