Also - I forget EXACTLY where (Kev?), but there's a constant that you can
change in the pre-boot or boot code from $FF00 to $FE00 and LI versions 1.00
and 1.01 will boot (this code is resident in the first several bytes on track
34). The reason is that a CC3 uses the uppermost page as an interrupt table,
and os9 LI loading there clobbers it.
