DS>So you're saying that chars with 80 health never get low on hps? Are you
I have no idea where you got that out of my previous post. Go read it
again.
DS>loony or something? As to the resting, before level 20 I rested 4/16 (at
DS>74 health I think) and when I hit level 20 and 77 health, I rested at
DS>5/16. The resting bonuses are obviously not based on the same increments
DS>as the other stat bonuses are or I'd have gotten a bonus at 80. From
DS>what I've seen, it's based on class and level. My old level 18
You're partially right - its based on levels and health. (Actually, it's
a % of hp's but hardly anyone knows that. Notice your smaller rest bonus
is 3% of your health for the most part)
DS>witchunter rested 5/16 with 95 health (version 1.1e I think) and I

DS>ring before he hit 20. Also, my level 21 warrior friend with 80 health
DS>rests at the same 5/16 that I do and he got the bonus at level 20 just
DS>like I did (though he had 80 health since the mid-teens). If you're
Let me guess, was he a half-ogre? Now read my last paragraph if so.
DS>using a char for the sole purpose of scripting, then yes, health is what
DS>matters. Unfortunately, that char will get whooped by the ninja that
DS>chose to get 80 str first or 100 agil.
Not really, the extra 25 hit points makes up for that extra 3 a round.
DS>As to not trusting the "experienced guys" why should I trust someone
DS>who's obviously incorrect? Having more "experience" simply means you've
DS>been obviously incorrect for a longer time.
"Obviously incorrect" only to those who cannot read worth a crap.
